WebMy opinion of my recent experience of Howdens is, good customer service shame about the quality. The good customer service was required to make up for the poor quality of materials. So 3 stars for materials 4 for customer service because the staff are good at sorting problems that they shouldn't be having to. Date of experience: 20 November 2024 WebNo complaints. He's knowledgable and professional and does what he says he will. Recently had a kitchen where the layout and design had to be adapted from the plans as we went due to unforeseen problems with the plumbing. He was helpful, and quick to get things swapped as needed, to keep the job moving forward.
