I would have agreed that the negative connotations of dwarf seems more offensive than those of midget. However, the section on Terminology of the Wikipedia entry for dwarfism explains that WebDwarf feels offensive. Like I'm comparing them to a fictional creature. Next I'll be calling people hobbits or elves.
