I've seen folks hitting 700+ in CPU-Z bench single core on 5950X's but the best I saw was ~660 single core and sub 12000 multi with PBO enabled and 3800CL14 RAM (DOCP). The cooler is a Liquid Freezer II 360 with PP Noctua fans.
